Photography & Social Media Policy
We encourage our guests to take photos and share them on social media using our wedding hashtag. However, we also kindly request that guests be mindful of our privacy, the privacy of our other guests, and the wishes of our performers. Therefore, we ask that guests adhere to the following guidelines:
- No flash photography during the ceremony: Please do not use flash photography during the ceremony, as it can be distracting and take away from the solemnity of the occasion.
- No professional equipment: Please do not bring professional photography equipment, such as tripods or professional-grade cameras, unless you have been specifically authorized to do so.
- Respect our privacy: Please do not take photos of our private moments, such as during the exchange of vows or the first dance, without our consent.
- Do not post unflattering photos: Please do not post any photos of us or our guests that are unflattering or that we would prefer not to have shared on social media.
- Be mindful of other guests' privacy: Please do not post photos of other guests without their consent.
- Do not share sensitive information: Please do not share any sensitive or personal information about us or our guests on social media, including our home addresses or contact information.
- Use our wedding hashtag: We encourage guests to use our wedding hashtag when posting photos on social media, as it allows us to easily find and enjoy all of the wonderful memories captured during our special day.
- Recording stipulation: We kindly ask that guests not make any recordings longer than three minutes of our performers' performances, as requested by the performers themselves.
Thank you for helping us to ensure that our wedding day remains a beautiful and private occasion that we can cherish for years to come.
